Beyond meticulous farming and care techniques that ensure the highest quality of raw coffee cherries, we have also dedicated years to researching and refining deep fermentation technology, transforming each coffee fruit into an exceptional, fully developed bean.
From diverse coffee-growing regions and varietals - such as Robusta in the Central Highlands, Liberica in Central Vietnam, and Arabica in the Northwest - PLE has successfully developed pioneering products that unlock the valuable bioactive compounds of each coffee type while preserving their distinctive aromas and unique character.
