Since the earliest days of coffee culture, science has shown that coffee is more than just a beverage - it is rich in pharmacological value and essential nutrients.
From Vietnam’s diverse coffee-growing regions and varietals - such as Robusta in the Central Highlands, Liberica in Central Vietnam, and Arabica in the Northwest - PLE has successfully developed products that unlock the rare bioactive compounds inherent in each type of coffee while preserving their distinctive aromas and unique character.

By applying native Vietnamese yeast strains to our deep-fermentation process and specialized post-fermentation treatment, we have achieved exceptional results: PLE coffee now carries a richly layered aroma, refined flavor, and a distinctive character that lingers in memory.
Notably, beyond its natural nutrients, PLE coffee contains a high concentration of rare bioactive compounds - elements typically found only in ginseng.
